Hello!

As you guys can see, I placed my order ( GROUPON ) on the 19th of October, which is quite a long time ago and I am still waiting for the kit to be delivered.
I haven't heard anything from you so far, I hope you guys can explain what is happening.

Well. Apparently that means that in case I haven't sent you an email
I would never get my kit. Because as far as I know the time frame for the delivery is a week from the date I place the order.

I am not really happy with the way you are dealing with the situation at all.

I have checked your order and I can confirm that you downgraded your delivery to our economy service. Our economy service is designed for consumers who require the parcel on a non time sensitive basis. This service means that the parcel receives least priority in our warehouse, and is sent using an economy delivery agent, MyHermes. Well. I paid 4.99 for the delivery and ur website says that 3.99 is the standard delivery which can take up to 10 days. How can I pay more than the standard and have to wait for 20 days?

Sorry but the only information regarding deliveries that I manage to find on your website says that the standard delivery cost 3.99.

I paid 4.99 for my delivery and it doesn't make sense to be economic paying more than the standard. Could u explain that to me please!?

As stated on our website orders can take up to ten working days to process in our warehouse. According to our system your order began processing on 24/10/11. Economy delivery takes up to ten working days also, as you have selected standard mail at £4.99 this should be slighlty faster. I have refunded you the difference between standard and economy postage. I assure you your order will be sent to you as soon as possible.

Ok! Thanks for your reply, and thanks for refunding me £ 1 after telling me that I was wrong when I have been in fact right all the time. U haven't apologized at any moment for the mess that your company is doing regarding this particular delivery. I should have never have to email you speed things up on your side. I paid on the 19th of October and the order was processed on the 24th?
Ok, then 10 working days from the order placed 19th October, plus 5 days for the delivery. Then I should be receiving the product today.

Am I right?! Let's see what will happen then.

I think your costumers should be given more respect and information. And I hope your product has better standards than the way your company deals with costumers.

Hello!

I am seriously disappointed with the whole situation... I accepted your apologies but you wrote to me saying that the product had left your facilities last Tuesday 8th of November and I still haven't received it!
This is just like a bad joke, a really bad joke isn't it!?

any words about this another delay..., ccoz now, from the 16th of october when the Order was placed, it s about to be a month of waiting...
do you, at some point, think that I am right?

Ok... November 16th... Exactly ONE MONTH ago I placed my order and I have no sight of it. And all that you "costumer service" say is that I should just wait.

I am setting up a website which will have this whole history. And I hope that it will help future costumers to know how well this "company" works, and how helpful the "Costumer Service" is.
