Dear Riccardo Souza, Thank you for your email regarding your delivery. I have checked your order and I can confirm that you downgraded your delivery to our economy service. Our economy service is designed for consumers who require the parcel on a non time sensitive basis. This service means that the parcel receives least priority in our warehouse, and is sent using an economy delivery agent, MyHermes. Our full delivery policies are displayed on our website, located at www.whiteningprofessionals.co.uk under the Delivery area. To summarise, all orders take upto 10 working days for dispatch. In this time we process your order, and manually fill each syringe fresh. These are then compiled and sorted into a 4 way sort ready to be handed to your chosen delivery agent. In total, including dispatch and delivery economy orders can take upto 20 working days, however they are often much quicker. I can confirm your order is due to leave THIS week and will be handed to your chosen delivery agent ready for a delivery shortly. According to our system your order began processing on 24/10/11. Economy delivery takes up to ten working days also, as you have selected standard mail at £4.99 this should be slighlty faster.
